LED Indicators

Power/Status LED

The Power/Status LED indicator on SmartNode can communicate several different operational states, as shown in the following table:

LED-Blue-Slow.png Starting Up (~2 seconds)

LED-Blue.png On (using DC Power)

LED-Green.png On (using PoE Power)

LED-Red-Blue-Slow.png Device Identify Mode

LED-Green-Blue-Fast.png Reset Button Held at Startup

LED-Magenta.png Factory Reset Confirmed

LED-Yellow.png Firmware Update in Progress

LED-Red-Yellow-Fast.png Internal Error

Ethernet LEDs

The RJ45 Ethernet Jack has two LED indicators. Their meanings are shown in the following table:

LED-Yellow.png Link - Lights when an Ethernet Link is active

LED-Green.png Activity - Flashes when data is being sent/received by the Ethernet network
